Guardianship Training

Guardianship training is a two and one-half hour court mandated educational program for court appointed individuals to be a guardian/conservator of a ward. Other interested persons are welcome to attend.

Individuals will:

  • Understand the responsibilities to the court in regards to reports and time lines.
  • Understand the responsibilities to the Ward as required by law.
  • Understand financial responsibilities that are required by the Courts from the Guardian, and how best to implement these actions on behalf of the ward.

EDEN - (Extension Disaster Education Network) is a collaborative multi-state effort by Extension Services across the country to improve the delivery of services to citizens affected by disasters.
